Next year's staff recommendations
Plan on working on yearbook during this class. Put everything else on the back burner during class....movies, YouTube, other classwork, etc.

•At the end of class, a 5-10 sentence description, in paragraph form, of your group.
This will be graded. Bad writing will not be a 100.
•Preferably by email to topperselfie@gmail.com. A hard copy also works, but it later needs to typed digitally for the page layout.
•The only excuse is that you were absent today. This requires an excuse note.
I've heard this before–"I couldn't get on eDesign at home.", "I sent the email. I don't know why you didn't get it.", "I couldn't talk to the sponsor." These are not acceptable.

Felicianna and Alex_let's talk about layouts on the pages and running out of space.
Senior Superlatives count. Chandler supervise.
Use your yearbook pass, plus a form stating what you are doing if you think you need it. Don't give anyone who questions you an attitude.

Layouts
•Do not change layouts without talking to Felicianna or Alexandra.
•Let them show you how to resize photos in your picture boxes. It is simple, yet tricky and difficult. Doing it incorrectly ruins layouts. I may start taking points off for layouts that require fixing.
Felicianna and Alexandra....get the remaining layouts done.
Go to pages 90 and 91, 92 and 93.
Look at the ladder diagram. Assign sports. Do you want a sport?
Clubs, organizations and activities
Staff........have you met with the sponsor? There are deadlines. Tell them you must meet your deadline or we may not be able to get their organization/activity in the yearbook.
50 x 3 if you miss an assignment deadline.
50 x 5 if you miss a page due deadline.
Assignments and due dates are posted. Link has info and due dates. Add 1 extra class period to due dates if you have more than 1 page.

What you will need to do:
1. Proof names and be sure the correct name is with the correct photo. Correct the names.
2. Take and place candid class photos on leftover pages.
3. Pick 2 or 3 people to work with you.
